Judy is one of the nation's leading healthcare law and policy analysts. She has more than 40 years of experience consulting with hundreds of state and national organizations working to improve the health of women and other vulnerable groups, and has worked as a senior staff leader in health and reproductive rights policy at the National Women's Law Center, Families USA and the National Health Law Program. She holds a law degree from American University Washington College of Law, and is a proud native of Philadelphia. Judy is married and has 2 children (17 years apart!) and four grandchildren. She loves yoga, visiting with friends, and playing with her grandkids. Judy is thrilled that WIN will once again be a great place to meet fabulous women that we can “pass the torch” to.
