Jacqueline "Jax" Santos serves as the Ergonomic Specialist at the U.S. Department of State. She has a Master's degree in Global Affairs from the University of Oklahoma. Jax is a native of the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas and is a proud Mexican-American. She previously worked as a Special Agent for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency and was previously an intern for the U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and the U.S. Department of State. In her free time, she loves to build Lego sets, go on hours-long walks around D.C., look at adoptable animals online, and watch PBS Frontline documentaries to stay informed. Jax is excited to challenge the status quo using the WIN community and vision to help her.
