Hope Osborn

Hope Osborn is a recent graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School, having completed her Master of Public Administration as a Gleitsman Leadership Fellow at the Center for Public Leadership. She last served as Director of Government Affairs for Texas 2036. Throughout her career in and around the Texas Capitol, she has worked in both chambers for both parties, and in the Government Relations division of the Texas Retired Teachers Association. Hope has a long history of Board and community service, from the Leadership Team at the Girls Advocacy League, a Woman of Courage through the Children Advocacy Centers of Texas, a Court Appointed Special Advocate in Travis County, multiple Vice President roles at the Young Women's Alliance, a Board Member of the Travis County Child Protective Services Board, and as an alumnus of Leadership Austin - Emerge. She is proud of co-founding the Pink Granite Foundation, a nonpartisan nonprofit dedicated to mentoring, empowering, and connecting women who work in Texas politics. Hope is a recent DC transplant and is hoping to bring her experiences supporting women in Texas to her new home, DC, through WIN.
