This can affect our career choices, work relationships, and overall well-being in the workplace. This interactive workshop offers a dedicated space to explore the roots of self-worth and cultivate a stronger sense of self. Together with other WINners, you’ll first hear from WIN Mentor Alice Heiserman and move into breakout groups to consider these concepts and methods of exiting the harmful cycles of negative self-talk, self-doubt, and lack of confidence we all can sometimes experience in professional settings.
