About the event

Many women struggle with self-doubt and feel disconnected from their true selves in the workplace and professional spaces. This can affect our career choices, work relationships, and overall well-being in the workplace. This interactive workshop offers a dedicated space to explore the roots of self-worth and cultivate a stronger sense of self. Together with other WINners, you’ll first hear from WIN Mentor Alice Heiserman and move into breakout groups to consider these concepts and methods of exiting the harmful cycles of negative self-talk, self-doubt, and lack of confidence we all can sometimes experience in professional settings. 


Alice Heiserman is a prolific writer & editor, the President of the editorial agency Write Books Right, as well as a former middle school English and Communications teacher. Alice is committed to young women’s mentorship and is a dedicated motivated speaker. Her newest novel Fearless Female with Dr. Dasherline Johnson is coming soon and will explore…
