About the event

Setting boundaries helps us stay focused on what’s essential, ensures a manageable work-life balance and takes control of our lives. Yet, saying no is a necessary aspect of being effective, fulfilling your commitments and being a person others trust. Keeping to boundaries can also be challenging for a variety of reasons. Women, due to our conditioning, are trained out of setting and holding boundaries. In this participatory session, participants will reflect on their boundaries and learn to use one or more key techniques for boundary setting.
