Following a two-month holiday break, the Women's Intergenerational Network is back with a fresh and unorthodox approach to addressing the work culture for women in the DMV. The organization aims to create a space for candor, inspiring a departure from what has previously been expected of professional women: conforming to the corporate status quo.
