Dance is not only a great workout, but it’s perfect for melting the stress away. Come join a beginner-friendly class taught by WIN’s very own Secretary Alli Hunt (and newest Diva Dance instructor). This class is free and open to the public. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your water bottle; no other equipment is needed. 

Note: Alli will also be offering free dance classes for WIN members only on a monthly basis at various locations throughout DC starting in September, so look out for that too!
